Common Questions
Why isn't my fire report showing on the map immediately?
To prevent false alarms, every report submitted through the app is verified by our dispatchers or vetted volunteer coordinators before going live to the public map.
What do the different map markers mean?
Red markers indicate active Fire Incidents. Blue markers are for Water Hydrants. Green markers represent Volunteer Fire Brigades currently in service.
How do I update my location for alerts?
The app uses your phone's GPS. Ensure "Location Services" are set to "Always" or "While Using App" in your phone settings to receive alerts for your specific area.
